Polynesian Leg Flow

Polynesian Leg Flow

OrnamentalBlackwork

A bold Polynesian-inspired leg piece that follows the natural anatomy of the thigh and calf with precision. The composition is built around a strong central flow, using layered patterns and structured bands to guide the eye downward along the leg. Each section carries its own rhythm — from dense geometric fills to more open ornamental areas — creating contrast without breaking cohesion. The large central panel acts as a visual anchor, while surrounding motifs wrap seamlessly, enhancing the muscle structure and movement of the leg. The clean, confident linework keeps the piece sharp and readable, even with the high level of detail. Negative space is used intentionally to give the design breathing room and prevent it from becoming visually heavy. This tattoo is a great example of how Polynesian-style work can be both powerful and elegant when flow, placement, and balance are executed correctly.

My name is Santiago, I’m a tattoo artist from Argentina, now you can find me in Mallorca, or on some of my regular guest around Europe. I specialize in bold ornamental tattoos that flows with the body. I work with big lines and small details to make good contrast, I also love to incorporate some black and tribal stuff on my projects. My idea is to work with each client to make an unique and personal design that works with the body. I’m super happy when people ask to some custom designs based on their references.
